I started practising Yoga back in the 1990's...Ashtanga, Anusara, Bikram... and then trained with BWY and have been teaching a flow style of Yoga for over 10 years.
I love teaching Yoga,
and I love the strength and flexibility it gives you. My classes are relaxed, fun and as hard as you want to make them.
These classes are not suitable for anyone who has been advised by a doctor to not partake in physical activity / exercise. If you are in any doubt then please consult your GP.

All BWY teachers follow “best practice guidelines” and it is your responsibility to follow these student guidelines, as your commitment to keeping yourself safe and injury free.
