Things happen and sometimes plans change. 

In the event I need to cancel:

You will receive a full refund for the price of your booking only, or the option of being transferred to another event or a credit for a future event. In the event I am ill, every attempt will be made to find a replacement teacher if appropriate.

We aim to accommodate unforeseen changes as best we can by setting out fair terms for booking and cancelling classes and events – allowing you time to change your mind, while ensuring an event is still viable to go ahead.

In the event YOU need to cancel an event:

Provided you have notified us within the cancellation window (see below), you can receive a refund (less deposit or admin fee), or the option of being transferred to another workshop or a credit for a future events. Refunds and transfers can't be offered outside of the cancellation window.

Deposit and Balance

For yoga holidays in Italy, a deposit to secure your place is required, with a balance payment later to make it easier to budget. 

All deposits are non-refundable.  The balance payment must be received before or on the due date as agreed. After this time, it's assumed you no longer want the place and it will be offered to someone else.

Before committing to a holiday, please ensure you take out cancellation insurance and ensure you have travel and medical insurance, and public liability in place to cover your time away in Italy.
